        AVOID. Delivery and Customer Service are a total disgrace. If I could give a Zero star rating I would have. Bensons are now in breach of contract of a legally binding contract, which I now intend to pursue.

        I ordered an Eve mattress from Benson's in late November 2022 - an item weighing over 50 kg. Confirmation of this order promised: "We'll send you an email with tracking details. As soon as the carrier is ready to deliver your order, they'll get in touch with you directly to confirm your delivery date. If your order contains a mattress over 40kg, it'll be delivered by a 2-person team to the room of your choice due to its weight." The mattress was delivered whilst we were out, with no tracking info. or notice. My neighbour agreed to accept it and it was placed in his garage. No delivery note was left at our address and it was only in a chance conversation with our neighbour a week later that I was made aware of the delivery. I found it in a grubby and partially opened box. However, although I managed to drag it into our own garage, I was unable to haul it up flights of stairs and into a bedroom. After repeated complaints to Benson's, despite promises and platitudes, no action was taken to either remove or redeliver the mattress.
