        Terrible customer service Im afraid. Gel nails were not capped & are peeling after 2 days. Needed to rearrange next appointment. Was told very bluntly that policy was 72 hours to change or I would have to pay to move the appointment. It was a legitimate need that meant I couldnt attend. I completely understand having a policy, but good customer service is knowing when to waive it. Instead I lost the amount I had pre-paid for the treatment. Im sorry, but I will not be using this salon again. Service: Pedicure
