        Got a last min appointment with Lee, who had a challenge with my shoulder-length hair. He did a fantastic job absolutely over the moon with my new cut, and the banter was top-notch, too.

        Rude and arrogant. Went in on the chance they had space - it was one guy on his own so they didn't. I asked he could recommend somewhere else and he just snarled and said "nowhere as good as me". A little humility might be in order.
