        Sick of this branch it's never open closed all time never opens weekends. It's a joke.

        Im not sure how this branch scores so poorly on reviews. I dont normally leave reviews but feel like comments left here dont serve this branch any justice. I went into the branch today and was seen within minutes. The staff were knowledge and very helpful. Overall it was a personable and helpful transaction and reminds me why its better to go into a branch than to bank online or over the phone. I would highly recommend.

        Opening times is a joke. Some people can only use a bank in friday but now is closed all day soon halifax will be losing customers.

        Opening times change more than the weather. Closing times are rather 2 or 3 o'clock. Sometimes they are shut all day. Pathetic!

        Absolutely agree with all the other bad reviews on here. Whatever time u go only one person working.wait an age to get anything done.need more staff the service at rawtestall is at best pathetic
