        My partner booked a pottery session for herself and my 8 month old son to make some personal presents for Christmas. This was booked over 2 months ago now, and she even received a reminder email yesterday for her appointment. She has driven from Preston to Bacup for her appointment and when she has arrived the shop was closed. I get that sometimes opening hours change as per the owners demands and needs but an email at the last explaining this and asking us to rebook would be the least Id expect. This has left her absolutely gutted as she wanted to do something special with our son on what is her last day of maternity leave, which has now been ruined. It shows poor practice and poor organisation.
