Fantastic service from start to finish. Jordan and Andrew are incredibly sincere, friendly, honest, professional and couldnt do enough to help us. They are always easy to get hold of and go above and beyond to help. I honestly wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend JC Building Designs to friends and family or use them again in the future if needed. I just cannot fault the service we have received. Planning seems so be a bit of a minefield but with Jordan and Andrew handling things they made the process as stress free as possible, making changes to our drawings, answering so many phone calls from us and always taking the time to update us on the progress of the application, answering emails and just generally being an absolute pleasure to talk to! They also put together a fantastic supporting document with our planning application that I believe made a world of difference. We now have our planning permission for our 2 storey garage extension and as delighted as we are I am also a little disappointed that I wont need to have a weekly catch up with Jordan over the phone. Thank you so much for turning our dreams into a reality, we hope you will join us for a celebratory drink once the extension is built as none of this would be possible without you both. A very pro-active professional service. Understood the brief and produced a full set of drawings including building control information and managed the planning application from start to finish in record time! I would highly recommend.

All I can say is "Thank you". Your patience, professionalism and ability to sort out our jumbled ideas into a fantastic extension has been second to none. We'd have been lost without your input and knowledge. Not only did you design our extension, you dealt with the many changes and also sorted out the planning and building regs. If it hadn't been for you guys, we'd still be dreaming about the extra space and so once again thank you. Would highly recommend.

Andrew drew plans for us to extend underneath our house into the basement area. Nothing was too much trouble, always answered any queries we had. Would recommend and use again if needed! Thankyou

Andrew and Jordan have been absolutely fantastic in helping plan every aspect of our extension, going out of their way and visiting multiple times, making amendments and ensuring we are happy with everything before proceeding. I am looking forward to being equally impressed by them when the work starts and have no doubts in their ability to plan, manage and implement the project to completion and full satisfaction.
