        Winston rang back quickly the first time and visited to assess the problem within a day. That was brilliant. He ordered the part, but two weeks later we are still waiting despite him saying he keeps expecting it in next few days.. We ring and text him daily and leave voicemail but he doesnt ring back. Id rather he said he couldnt do the job or cant get the part rather than leave us hanging. I dont like leaving negative reviews as most of the other reviews are very good, but we are getting so little communication. Service: Refrigerator repair
