Called and spoke to Danielle regarding a repair. Ever so rude. Asked to speak to a manger and she said she was the manager. Charging for parts upfront when asked if the parts ordered are not required would I get a refund. Danielle started getting awkward and argumentative. Dont understand if you order a part and you dont use or require a part you are entitled to a full refund. Unless you live in Danielles world and a refund is not possible and its just money in her pocket. Very unprofessional.
