Used this company a few times in the past, seemed ok. Last week there was a problem with our dishwasher which Winston had installed. Called him, he came out next day. Checked the electrics and said there was a power issue which he had fixed. For this he charged 35. Two days later we decided to try the dishwasher but it was completely dead. Called him up, he said it might be the plug or maybe the wall socket which he can sort for another 45 ! I asked what he had actually done on the 1st visit to which he replied I cleaned the plug ! What? So he thinks charging 35 for cleaning the plug is good customer service then attempting to charge another 45 to check it again ! Unbelievable. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS !
