They don't know what they are doing. Incorrectly advised me that I could claim Pension relief for the last 3 years which had to be stopped. Just had a letter from HRMC where tax recalculations for the 1st year have taken place because of their work. This would have not happened but for their advice. Dread to think what my final bill will be for 3 years from their bad advice.

I was not happy with the communication and the threats. Ms. Laura said she cant make a tax return without a UTR number. In the end, I managed on my own and reported, and she told me on the last day that it had been resolved and did not want to agree on a joint solution, but threatened to prosecute me if I did not pay within 14 days. I am disappointed with such communication

What an amazing company. I always admired their thoroughness in preparing my accounts. Im always reminded when to get them ready and having submitted them they are really quick to get back to me with any queries. They seem be be able to spot occasional errors Ive made with my submissions (thank goodness) with an uncanny six sense. Ive had a few accounting companies over the years Ive been in business but Simple Accounting have been a real find. I am really pleased to be on their books. More recently in this tough time of Covid 19. Its been an absolute delight that that have stayed in touch with emails providing information of the government initiatives and advising what I should be doing. Here is a company that takes a real responsibility for their clients. Im quite taken aback. Thank you.
