We had the most amazing time. The trails were awesome. We had never used electric mountain bikes before but Sam explained everything beautifully. Great set up with a very professional and kind staff. Plus the cafe serves amazing food. Great slabs of roast pork and Yorkshire pud after our epic mountain bike adventure.

Super helpful bike shop! We arrived at Whinlatter and my friend's bike had brake problems. In desperation not to miss our day out mountain biking we took it to the Cyclewise shop onsite and they couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. Fixed my friend's bike up, fixed a problem they noticed on mine and we're super friendly and knowledgeable throughout This is how cycle shops should be! Thanks for all your help!

Visited Cyclewise for a family MTB course over the Easter break and couldnt recommend it highly enough. We were 2 adults, a 12 year old and a 9 year old. Super relaxed tuition from Graham and we all came away with improved skills and confidence, particularly impressive given the members of the group were all starting from different levels. Also popped into the shop and found the team really helpful with info about which trails to use for the rest of our time in the forest. 5 stars!
