        This is not actually ruins of the medieval abbey but actually these 'ruins' in the grounds were created by a certain Mr Trendall who owned Abbey House. A folly is a relatively new stone structure built to look old. The actual abbey itself was completely destroyed.

        Rather secluded spot with very climatic vibe. You must know what to look for in the evening as the street lights are limited in the nearest area. Plenty of walking paths around and in close proximity to the river.
