Worked here between 2018-2022 and was sold on the idea that its a growing company with room to grow yourself. In my time here I was never put on any training courses for further development and just expected to get on with the job at hand. You will be expected to stay away over weekends in Europe without being paid, best decision I made was leaving!

Worked here for 4/5 years as a engineer first 2 years loved it, traveling Europe but never received any pay rise & new staff in the office came in changed all the good things with terrible ideas. Traveling on weekends is very common & wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Poorly managed throughout, work every hour under the sun for next to no overtime pay, very tight on accommodation costs. Don't expect a pay rise ever. My advice...don't get a job here. Turn over of staff is on another scale...when you get offered the job on the spot that should tell you all you need to know. Run...
