The worst managing agent I've ever come across. Consistently ignored emails, lied about being out of the office, incapable of addressing any issue presented to them, refused to hand over documents to the new managing agent in a timely, acceptable manner. Abysmally disorganised and impolite staff. Do not recommend them at all.

All my emails and phone requests since mid Dec to get a copy of the insurance for the 194 Ladbroke Gove have been ignored, despite promises on the phone. This is contrary to the rights the terms of the lease for the lessees in the building. I do not normally deal with such issues in this manner. However, it seems not possible to get any response. (A lessee with rights to this document under the lease)

Professional experts in property management, able to deal with all issues that arose on my properties, however complex. Also used them for the sale of properties and found them to be extremely experienced in local and broader property market, to be strong negotiators with excellent client skills and a good network of potential buyers and industry contacts. Using JMW Barnard resulted in successful sales in a difficult market. Would recommend.

what rubbish service ! The agent claimed he was working in favor of his client.....I believe he had his own agenda! He didn't even put my offer forward to the landlord.
