Space Management

Through a recommendation from one of our directors, on August 2022, we switched our management services to Space Management. The building looked neglected, our lift had irrevocably broken down, and constant leaks affected the top floor and the garden flats. I was unsure if anyone would have taken us on, but SM did. They are going through all the problems and addressing them systematically, paying great attention to our needs and budget. Their communication is excellent, and so is their expertise. We still have a long way to go with our building, but I trust we are in good hands.

I have been using Space Management to manage my property for over 5 years and have always found them to be professional, polite, friendly and extremely helpful in all aspects of managing the property. They are and have always been very considerate, and respectful of my neighbours who have always commented on it. I would recommend using them and will be continuing to use them in the future.

Terrible company. They dont understand contracts and have absolutely no idea of the UK law.
