Northcourt Post Office

The worse and the most rude staff ever!!! The 5time I went into their branch and it gets worse every time staff didnt even want to reply to what I was asking , in her rude tone we dont do that.. Come on this is how you would treat people who are genuinely seeking your help and assistance. They need new staff their with a more presentable attitude and care. Or give them a training on customer service however I think theyre also racist on so many level !!! No star for me I just used it because I wanted to give a feed back. This needs to be looked into.

My Wife went into the post office this morning slipped on the soaking wet floor and went flying hurting her arm....!, it would be really good if either they mopped the floor or put up a warning sign

Most pathetic stuff Ive ever witnessed. I was waiting at 8:55 as the post office opens at 9:00 but after waiting an extra 10 minutes till 9:10 they finally decided to open the door and when it hit 9, I was knocking on the window asking what the hell is going on but the old hags just sat there and shakes their head as if they cant be bothered with customer service and left me waiting well over opening time. Very rude and ignorant I must say

Second review of this nature. Went in and asked for an envelope to be sent second class recorded. They asked for more than 6. When I queried why, they said they were going to send it special delivery because that is better. When I said, no thank you, I just want 2nd class recorded, they said "Special Delivery is better. You know there is a strike on" as if they were implying that all the post in the system would be thrown on on strike day. Anyway, the item arrived next day at its destination, despite being second class. But I don't appreciate them blatantly trying to overcharge for a service I didn't ask for.
