Papa John's Pizza

Will not be using this place again. Mid afternoon and it took them almost three hours to deliver a pizza to an address 10 mins away. Pizza was delivered cold. very very bad service

Ordered a pizza at 7:21pm, didn't arrive until 8:51. Wouldn't mind as much but we were blatantly lied to both on the online tracking service and when we called up three times. It said it was being "checked and cut up" online for 30 minutes so we called asking for an update, told it would take 20 minutes but well over 20 minutes later it said it had been delivered, when it said it had been delivered for fifteen minutes we called again saying it hasn't arrived. First two times we called we were told random numbers for how long it would take and told not enough drivers and very busy (on a week night?) Final time we called they said they would call the driver and let us know but then hung up and never called back. Finally arrived an hour and a half later in total and it was okay but tomato taste was quite overpowering and all the other toppings were quite bland.

More than 2 hours waiting for a delivery that was set as delivered by the online tracking system. I have called twice to chase my order and both times I was informed my pizza was in the oven it would be delivered in 5 minutes. I informed I had called 20 minutes before they used an excuse about not enough drivers and short of staff.

Very unhappy right now ordered a pizza an 1hr and 30mins ago and still waiting called to be told its in the oven will be with you in 5mins still waiting called another two times to say dont bother I just want my money back and no one is now picking up the phone Cant see me using again after this experience
