Terrible experience with this Pizza Hut. If you dont have any delivery drivers then why advertise this on the website? Ordered two pizzas, and the tracking on the website said it was delivered in 30 minutes but we hadnt received it. Called them and they said its on its way and stuck in traffic (lies). Checked and there was no traffic. After multiple phone calls and excuses and an hour and a half later they said they have a shortage of delivery drivers. When it arrived 2 hours late they only gave us one pizza! Spoke to the manager, and they finally sent us the other pizza but by this point it was almost 3hours late. Very disappointed, they also dont do refunds unless you apply through the website. Dont order from here. Wish I went to dominoes instead!

This is a joke of a pizza hut as more than three time I have ordered classic crust with no garlic and every time they have put garlic on and said I never mentioned it with out garlic Evan when I brought a recording in saying classic with no garlic they are denying saying they never heard me one of my family members is really allergic they could end up in hospital from. And do they care know all they give a toss about is there money they are making on orders

Really tasty pizza, quick delivery and the food was still hot. I've always had good service when ordering deliveries from this Pizza Hut. My favourite pizza place in Abingdon.
