Love the staff, love the lady pharmacist - she is focused and present when discussing things with you. Priceless. Everything works well. They send text notifications when scripts are ready LOVE that. HATE - ancient opening time schedule. With COMPLETE closing for lunch time. Plus some last minute closures only posted on the DOOR! ridiculous in this day and age. I cannot count the occasions that I have come and it was closed. IDEAL - open hours like everyone else in this world. But you may have your reasons. IF an emergency happens wheee the shop is closed unpredictably, POST it on Google!!! A suggested fix - send opening hours EVERYTIME a notification text is sent to let us know prescriptions are ready to collect.

Super customer service. Last year I was searching everywhere for a particular product, and found it here. They offered to order me more, which was great, and that saw me through 6 months. When I popped back in without warning, the pharmacist recognised me and fetched the extra bottles they had ordered just in case I came back.
