Nicole has maintained my muscles for a few years now and I recommend her to anyone who needs a a sports massage. She has got me through a few minor injuries and is very knowledgable. You not only get a great massage but also lots of exercise ideas, tips and she generally gets to the bottom of any niggles and issues. The best pair of hands in the business in my opinion!

I love Nicoles classes. There is plenty of choice on what class to take and Nicole always provides options for a more intense or an easier exercise, to accommodate different levels of fitness, mobility and strength. I love booking via Gymcatch and being able to select the class I want to take and a time that suits me, to exercise from home.

Nicole is an excellent instructor who knows how to motivate her class participants. I have been doing online classes with Nicole since the start of the pandemic and I am still doing classes with her now. She is a very professional and knowledgeable person, yet she is very approachable. During classes with equipment (for example, REPS in Strength), Nicole makes sure everyone has got something they can use as weights (proper bar with weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, or household items, such as bottles of water, packs of rice, or cans) and explains the technique and the moves before we do them. Nicoles classes are very inclusive, and she often offers low impact and high impact options for the same move so that everyone can choose the option that suits them best, depending on their fitness level, and whether or not they are recovering from injury. Id recommend Nicoles classes to anyone wanting to do online fitness classes

The best personal training and classes that I've ever had! Nicole tailors and regularly tweaks my PT programme to my body and goals, and I've seen amazing results in my overall health. I am the strongest I've ever been, my posture has improved massively, and lower back/sciatica pains are gone. All while keeping me fit and in good shape. The online classes are excellent as well, and have helped me develop great core strength and overall flexibility. Nicole always provides different options based on ability, injuries, pain etc. And there is a good range of classes too. I would absolutely recommend NKS Fitness!
