Viraj was very professional, helpful and friendly throughout our entire moving process- from showing us the home to handling the little details and finally giving us the keys. Having dealt with plenty agents in the past, I can truly say that my experience with Rickman Properties and Viraj in specific has been the best out of all.

This is the worst agent I had ever experienced. They cheated and hold the over paid rent 900 without refund us properly. If you are overseas student, do not use them. They will not take our phones or emails and tried to ignore us despite we asked for refund. They argued that the money they hold to pay for the cleaness. I agreed to pay for one bed cleaning but ask for receipt and refund the rest. Then they became silence. It is a grey area that they knew that they can not touch deposit but they can hold your over paid rent without giving back to you. They knew that we can not do anything about it. So be careful, never use this agency.

I lived in a flat which is managed by Rickman for almost 4 years. During our stay, our family had a good time there. The agent is well communicated, super efficient, and quick response for any requirements and emergencies. Compared with my last two renting experience, Rickman is best management agent. I highly recommend.
