We have just completed the sale of our property, through Connells Abingdon, in tricky market conditions. Charlie-Rose and her team have been professional, helpful, responsive and cheerful from start to finish. When the sale became protracted, from the buyers side, we were given sound advice by Charlie and we got there in the end. Highly recommended.

Certainly an experience you wouldnt forget!. We are a "Connells club" memeber. paid over 500 pounds for the remortgaging service. and it worked well for the first time or two. Then the old team left and the new team took over. and Just like that, they refused to do what we ask them to "we had all the documentation they asked for to their own admission". What happened was that we asked to get some equity back when remortgaging so we can pay a couple of personal loads we had to streamline our mortgage. at a meeting at the office, we were assured that everything is sorted and on track. We explained that we have some money but given the state of the economy and due to my father in law being unwell, we would like to keep that money just in case. Then my father in law passed away and we had to travel. Soon as they realized that is the case, "Kris Smith" said he believes we can pay the loans with our savings and that he wont proceed with what we agreed and we can ask another company to do it (knowing that we are not in the country and that is not possible), Perhaps if we were a few shades whiter, things would have been to his satisfaction! I told Connells that this gentlemans satisfaction of my request wasnt any of the conditions of the contract I have with connels (which we paid over 500 pounds for) but noone was interested. at the end I had no choice but to move forward with what he was happy to do as my wife wasnt in the right mindset to deal with it anymore. But you save yourself and get the barbershop next door to help you with your query as they cannot be worst than these guys.

Charlie Rose & Abbie were both very helpful and nothing was to much trouble when you rang to get updates on moving very pleased with overall experience
