James, Kat and the team were fantastic, all were very pleasant to deal with. Initial meeting with James we were impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner, after the meeting he sent the quote through soon after. The quote was competitively priced so we went ahead. We had a new boiler installed converting to a new combi, the old cylinder and tank in the loft had to be removed, a new flue had to be installed in a new location. We had to make some last minute changes with the placement but that wasnt a problem and James sorted it out. All was completed in great time and the place was left neat and tidy afterwards. We had a new boiler installed by a nice bunch of workers and old boiler taken away efficient all round including the new energy efficient boiler and a lovely warm house
