I love the cooking classes. Just watched the focaccia and mozzarella class. I never thought I could make mozzarella. After this class I will be trying it. I love all the tips they give and the background for each class. You can tell that much time is spent on developing the recipe and research. I look forward to more classes. Being in the US Im looking into buying some Smeg products! It looks like a quality product.

Claire and Alice, your Cooking Classes via Zoom are great. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow, your recipes always produce delicious results and in the process I am learning a bit about Italian foodways, seeing Smeg appliances in action is helpful, its good that we are able to get questions answered in real time, and basically, cooking along with you both is just plain fun. Thank you Smeg for making these classes accessible online. Since I dont live in the UK, I would not be able to take them otherwise.
