I contacted Jen while searching the internet for a deep tissue massage due to having a horrific sore neck. I was so grateful that Jen was able to see me on the same day. I have been blown away by the benefits of having this treatment and would highly recommend it to anyone regardless to whether you have a sore neck or not. Jen was so kind, caring and welcoming and took time to take down my history and give post treatment advice too. Following my massage I have decided this is something I now want to continue as feel it will not only benefit my physical health but also my mental health too

I cannot recommend Jen highly enough. Best massage therapist ever (and Ive had enough to know!). Jen is incredibly knowledgeable about human biology and anatomy and, as someone with a form of inflammatory arthritis in my back and spine, knowledge is invaluable because I know I can trust Jen to work on my joints safely. She is extremely professional and puts you at ease, enabling you to completely relax and feel wonderful at the end of the massage. I just wish Jen could receive her own massages!

Jens incredible knowledge of the body really shines when formulating a plan to gain the best outcome for any condition which massage therapy can help. Would recommend!
