Terrible attitude and very unhelpful. Often takes weeks or months to respond to emails, these are often discourteous. After a 7 months process to get to a second quote, we have changed to a different company in Oxford. For a business who works in the bereavement market-space, there is very little empathy here. I would not recommend.

This is a business that hides in plain site - first time out its quite tricky to find. Once found never forgotten for its a treasure trove of samples and expertise. Materials are in all sizes so you get a much better feel for what a worktop might look like. I was treated kindly and helpfully and nothing was too much trouble. I had walked in off the street with no notice and was given a lot of time and thoughtful advice. Its a working place which I really liked too.

Just read reviews, I see that about the unhelpful attitude initially from a none returned message I left on answer machine to deciding to go in personally, still awaiting a responce.
