        Excellent service received from Julia and Dawn both on recent house purchase and also on a sale. Julia was recommended to me by a family member who'd used her twice, and I will certainly be recommending her to friends/family. I'm not sure exactly which solicitors at Franklins the negative reviews below refer to, if indeed they are genuine reviews, but I cannot imagine they are reviews of Julia Kent.

        Agreed to do some work for me, signed letter of engagement, heard nothing more. Chased repeatedly, eventually after several months they admitted they hadn't done it and left me with the impression they had no intention of doing it nor of telling me they weren't going to do it. Went elsewhere, won't be going back.
