        I saw Elisabetta for my fear of spiders which I have had since a young child. She helped me to understand clearly why I had a phobia and what was happening in my brain which meant I could not get past it. After only 4 sessions I have been able to remove spiders from the house and no longer leap in the air every time I see one. Many thanks Elisabetta!

        Elisabetta very much walks the walk as well as talks the talk. I'd say she has a great deal of empathy, understanding and patience She helped me a lot during the height of the pandemic to start doing the things that I really wanted to do and find some internal peace. Recommended.
