I am incredibly disappointed with the fact that as residences me and my family spent a great sum of expenses to be able to afford two apartments, yet S.t Edwards fails to provide us with an efficient cooling system. It is suffocating to reside in the apartment during the summer heat. We were promised quality living, and this is the exact opposite of what we were expecting. Bear in mind that we are continuously paying the service cost, but to no avail. S.t Edwards always fail to deliver. Moreover, even when my complaints are sent to the management suite, immediate action is not taken. A solution to the problem is either vastly delayed or the problem is never taken care of at all.

Terrible after sales service, when you complained about issues they just denied them and didnt want to investigate further, lots of snags with the flat. They are very good at marketing themselves, however actual quality is terrible, I escalated the issues to the director who just lied to me, I wouldnt buy any flat from st Edwards or Berkeleys again
