My daughter went in there with 2 of her friends so that makes 3 of them and they got kicked out because there was 3 school children in there and when they went back there was 4 school children In there that is not ok my daughter just wanted to buy her friend a birthday gift why should 4 People be aloud in the shop at a time when the worker was telling my daughter she could not go in there with 3 people its unnecessary.

Ordered on 02/04/23 for delivery to this store on 04/04/23 - this was on a next day delivery service. Spoke to Customer Care as hadn't heard anything; dealt with 'Tanisha' and 'Safiah' - both were as disgusting as each other. Tanisha fobbed me off and told me I would have to wait until precisely 13:00 (despite me clearly saying there was nothing on the tracking at 12:45!) and then Safiah proceeded to tell me the order would be delivered in another 24-48 hours - that's funny, as I'm pretty certain NEXT DAY means precisely that! I was then fobbed off further and had to call the store. Spoke to the store manager (or apparent manager!) TIM who had to check everything I asked with his colleague. I asked to speak with a Manager if he was unsure (assumed he was a trainee or something!) and he said he was the store manager...! Fobbed off once again and told to go back to customer services! Asked for him to call through but he refused to do this and said customer service isn't something he has to offer; that's evident! No wonder Superdrug's reviews are so appalling these days.

Good range and opening availability, products heavily aimed at young girls beauty products. Keep Abingdon centre alive and shop local unless you think we need another coffee shop, charity shop or Turkish barbers. ;-)
