For the price and ideal location for me it's good! If you are going to theNorthcourt for either football or live music (I'm the latter) it's an 8 minute walk. I was on my own so booked the small single room with shared bathroom. This room is by the main Oxford road. So I'd ask for the rooms 3 or 4 if you book. The sizes of the rooms/ beds are different and reflect a little in price. (Small single is 42, other rooms about 10 more). Breakfast, cooked is from 3 or 4 but I didn't have any so can't comment on it. The room was clean and the lady was friendly. Glad I stayed, felt safer than public transport late on my own.
