        The Jobcentre is fine its the 3 minute Automated introduction thats unnecessary. I was expected to call for a 30 second conversation which took nearly 10 mins!!

        This is now the third day that I have tried to call for a simple query. The answer service intro is really far too long and then I waited for over 30 minutes each time without any answer. The hold music is foot tappingly "wonderful" and the lovely recorded lady kept on saying "thanks you for waiting". I glad that I am such a chilled chappy! ;-)
