I was sympathetically and professionally well looked after - indeed, properly cared for - both by Nabila Jafri at your |High Street Kensington office and by Fabio(?) who was in charge at the burial in Brompton Cemetery and made our plans for such a sad occasion run very smoothly - as was commented on by those who attended.

Thank you to Nabeela, Paul and all who contributed to a beautiful funeral for our brother William Bellasis. All the recommendations and advice from Nabeela were perfect. The florist, the designer and printer for the Order of Service, the live stream video company, the coffin and all other details that needed decisions. " take charge" was good advice. Thank you

From the moment that we contacted Kenyons, and then met with Nabeela and Monica, they were amazing. They attended to every detail with perfection and made it all feel so very easy for us at every stage. I am in awe of their professionalism and customer care role models for how to do it, in every way. Philip Smyth was also wonderful and managed everything at the Crematorium with perfection and style. He deserves our heartfelt thanks. His demeanour throughout was immaculate and he could not have been easier to work with and yet kept us all to task and in order in the most charming way. I so enjoyed meeting with him despite the occasion. Overall, Kenyons were incrediible and I have nothing but praise and gratitude. They transformed a very sad process into a memorable and fitting farewell for my father and we will never forget it.

In the most challenging moments, JH Kenyon was on our side. They are very experienced staff and have human kindness throughout the entire process. Nabeela and her team are considerate, skilled, and adorable. JH Kenyon's job was undoubtedly immaculate, and we will never forget their support and courtesy.
