Absolutely awful experience with M P A Srceed Ltd. Sub standard installation of polished concrete overlay. Incorrect colour & finish with clusters of small holes in various areas & machine marks all over the floor. The floor also scratches very easily. M P A returned to attempt to rectify the problems but failed to make any real improvement. The last thing Mike said before he left was that he'd tried his best but he didn't ever want to see the floor again. We received a partial refund but overall we regret having them in to do the job in the first place & would definitely not recommend them.

My company, Corcoran Homes Ltd., have used MPA Liquid Screed Ltd. for the last few years, on several housebuild projects. They have proved to be an excellent contractor. They are very knowledgeable, and give great advice about the various screed products available. They are prompt, courteous, and carry out a very professional and clean job every time. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

After having seen the work done completed at one of my clients I obtained the contact details for MPA. I discussed with Mike my requirements for a double sized garage area where work equipment, chemicals and a car would be stored. Mike identified what would best suit my requirements and the a quote was provided by Sophie. Sophie was very attentive to my requirements regarding timing and a date was scheduled. Will arrived on the day and time given and proceed to do the preparation and apply the coatings over 3 consecutive days. Very nice guy (T W 1Sug.) worked well and was detailed in timing for setting. MPA were very responsive to a patch which I thought had been missed, turning up to touch up the area. Overall great company technically, professional, courteous, good value IMO Thank you all.
