        Dr McAndrew is a nice and caring person, however not a great GP in my opinion. She is easily overwhelmed and not particularly calm. She hasn't made any grave mistakes but she doesn't put you at ease. The receptionist is quite rude and condescending, doesn't sound interested. The surgery has gone downhill since Dr McAndrew took over the practice. It used to be much better.
