Avoid this dentist at all cost. They are the WORST since they have been taken over. On 2 occasions now my partner has been messed around but the latest is completely unbelievable. Attended an emergency appointment around a month ago to be given antibiotics and they agreed for the tooth to be removed on an appointment he had already booked for a later date as it was convenient for his work. So he turns up on Saturday to be told it was only booked for a clean. I've called reception today and the first lady I spoke to agreed that it was in the notes and could only offer an appointment which we cannot attend. We waited for our appointment on the Saturday due to not being able to get time off work. So If we needed this particular times we have to wait until JULY. They explained a treatment plan wasn't opened up on the emergency appointment day, why wasn't it opened up? They will never accommodate after they make mistakes just claim you abuse them to deregister you after telling them how AWFUL its become since they've taken over. The second receptionist I spoke to, she is rudest person you will ever cross paths with. No wonder she has so many negative reviews on here!

Used to be a great practice but over the past 3 or so years it has been taken over and it's awful. Hygienist took 10 minutes and was not thorough or up to standard. I've moving on from here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This place is unbelievably poor. They cancelled my appointment three times and now unregistered me because its been over a year. BUT THEY CANCELLED!!! receptionist very unhelpful

So you get a text saying they will pass your account ( which is overdue by 22.50 ) to a debt collector. You call them as you have no idea what its about .. poss scam text? It takes two days of calling , then you leave a message . They call back , you complain as to why they dont answer said phone and the receptionist actually HUFFS!!! The said debt was in 2019! This practice has gone downhill since Nr Levy left who Ive been using for over 40 years . Sort this out Rodericks , shocking service, really rude salty receptionist . Utterly shocking !!
