One Stop

One of the worst customer service. The staff was very rude and unfriendly.I have been there couple of times and they were all same. I went to buy euro lotto and 2 lads were drinking alcohol outside the shop and being rude with the customer. I am not sure one of them was employee, If they got CCTV I hope they found out and action.

Customer service is the worst Ive ever seen! There is literally one guy in there which is lovely but the rest are rude as hell! You normally walk in and half of them arent anywhere to be seen and its normally because they are outside smoking or out back. There are two young lads who are constantly swearing at each other and blaring music behind the till, so rude! And to top it off when you go to use their Evri service they literally throw the parcels around, no wonder half of my orders are reach people broken! Avoid at all cost!

There are loads of choices in here! The "Ham and Cheese Roll's" are anazing! The cheese is smoked, and it also has another layer of cheese, similar to Primula Cheese Spread! It's not too much cheese either, it's delicious!! The bread ALWAYS tastes fresh and nice and doughy too! It's my go-to whenever I can get to One-Stop!
