Jack and his team did an excellent job on our flat renovations. He delivered on the project end to end (including dealing with planning applications / local council etc) and we are very pleased with the result. He has an eye for design and ensured that the finish was perfect on all the works done. The team were very considerate and polite. Would highly recommend. Ajax Builders was recommended to me by a friend. I needed to refurbish my 3 bedroom flat in Clapham. The list of work to be done was quite long, including full rewiring, new plumbing, renovation of bathrooms, replacement of flooring, new kitchen and several other such things. The project manager expressed great attention to details and good communication. The workers were very professional and patient with my requests. The job was completed pretty much on time, and after moving in I am more than happy to recommend them; my home looks better than expected. A big thank you to Jack and his team. We renovated our entire house in 2017. Ajax did an amazing job with the decorative elements, but the plumbing and electrical works were so faulty that it has caused us years of headaches and incredibly expensive works. Our kitchen and both of our bathrooms have had major leaks and the entire bathrooms need to be ripped out and rebuilt. There have also been several live wires found in the ceilings (next to where the leaks have been), and weve had minor fires in the spotlights installed! However, like I mentioned the decorative and paint works were done beautifully, so on the outside their work looks great, its a shame about the issues behind the scenes.

Ajax Builders talk the talk, but let us down every step of the way. From start when they ripped out the kitchen 2 weeks earlier than planned, to the fact that they didn't supply us with any paper work (Gas, fire alarm, fire doors) in order to get signed off by Council Building Regs, not to mention countless issues along the way (blocked up a window). The average quality of work goes hand in hand with his lower price.
