I chose Property Formula because it was recommended to me by my broker from South West mortgages. I was also thinking about other options, however, Property Formula was cheaper and also booked a survey for an earlier date than what the other surveyor was offering. Furthermore, after a cancellation, they have moved my survey forward by an additional two weeks which then meant that I could get from having my offer accepted to a completion in only 6 weeks! The report was very thorough and included actionable recommendations sorted by urgency. I was pleased with the state of the property but the report also uncovered some things I would have not noticed by myself. The report was understandable, I only needed to search for a few terms I was not familiar with. Thank you Fraser from Property Formula for contributing towards a smooth purchase of my house.
