Josh is an absolute credit to this garage. After being messed around by my local Ford garage, I contacted Josh at Abingdon Ford and he sorted my dream car and spec within 48hrs. He arranged a prompt collection of it, made the handover so easy and was just a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend him highly enough, his customer service is spot on and I will definitely be back in future!

Brought car in for MOT at Abingdon today at 8am. Drove from Oxford. Call at 9 telling me MOT cant start until 3pm as doors being replaced on MIT centre. They couldnt have managed this? Ive made other arrangements and will never use Hartwell again. Lost half a day. Shambles.

Great service from Chris at Abingdon Ford. Such a friendly, chilled and patient gent. The whole buying experience was excellent from doing a walkaround video to explaining the whole process end to end. Even offered to pick me up from the train station. Couldn't be more helpful and a credit to his branch. Would definitely return for another Ford in the coming years. Thanks.
