Well what can i say. Thought when buying a 25,000 Audi S3 from Oodle you would get a car that would last more than 118 miles before catastrophic clutch failure. Dealt with Tracey firstly then David took over on the issue. Seemed to be going ok until Oodle found out how much repair would cost by Audi dealership. This is when Oodle started being unprofessional and certainly no customer care. They even tried to arrange to collect car from Audi dealership without letting me know so they could take it to their so called RAC approved garage. If that garage namely McCruddens had maybe given car proper service costing 1500 they should have noticed signs of leaking clutch slave cylinder but no. So when i questioned why take car back on recovery vehicle 354 miles then have to return car by another 354 miles how could that be cost effective. This is when Oodle would not return my calls or reply to texts or emails when i had 4 different contacts. David,Tracy, Joanna and Stacey. Finally David became man enough to talk and i arranged for car to be collected and taken to Audi Technik in Glasgow where they replaced complete clutch flywheel and slave cylinder costing 1410. I saved them 1000 on repair also roughly 700 in recovery costs and they didnt even get me hire car for the 8 days i was with no car again likely cause it would cost about 750. So realistically i saved them close to 2500 and what compensation did i get but only a second key which i did point out from the start as security issue if somebody else can gain access to my car cause they never bothered to make sure it came with 2 keys. Going by some previous buyers reviews this seems to be common place so wonder why that is the question. Overall in the 40 plus years i have been driving and buying cars this is been the ONLY time i have ever had this. MY opinion for other buyers is stay well clear cause even the RAC warranty they give is worthless as RAC voided warranty claim since car must have already had this fault prior to sale.Worst experience and as i said this is a garage with no concern of customer care especially once they have your money. Luckily for them i stay 354 miles away as would make sure every potential customer i could talk to before they enter showroom would be aware of this.
