Purchased a Kia Sorento nearly a year ago now. Agreed the car would be valeted inside & out and new floor mats would be fitted. Got the car collected & delivered to Northern Ireland. There was a spiders nest in the passengers foot well, old magazines & car parking tickets under the seats, swimming wrist bands wedged between the seats.....I could go on, ohh we turned on the rear vents and rubble came out. Sent through videos & images, got refunded 50 to cover the cost of an interior valet......a proper interior valet for a 7 seater, you'd be talking 3 times that. Anyway, we let it go, they promised us new mats were being sent out.....nearly a year later & 3 phonecalls later we're STILL WAITING. Only saving grace is, the car itself is fantastic but the customer service is f##king horrendous.

Currently in a dispute over poor service and workmanship also failed customer service. and now rejecting the vehicle! 1 week after buying vehicle shuddered and shakes steering. Electrical faults and tracking. After 2 weeks wait finally collected from me to carry out works (150 miles away) I then had to return courtesy car and pick up under my own steam and cost as they wouldnt honour the redelivery after they supposedly fixed(300 mile round trip) problem returned 1 week later , jaguar dealer inspection highlighted 3 buckled wheels, electrical fault l, sensors and washer pump needed attention. Now refusing to take vehicle rejection and legal proceedings now commencing. Dont touch with a barge pole!!!

I give this company first class feed bake for there sale and the after service on a range rover evoque I bought from them two weeks ago from start to finish it was amazing service I wood surtenly buy ftom them again thank you Mel
