The Cake Lady of Oxfordshire

Had a cake for my baby shower and all my guests complimented it. Great communication, beautiful cake and oh so delicious! Now I need to think of another event to get a cake for!!

Ive had a couple of cakes from Sarah over the past couple few years they are always amazing, Today I did one of her introduction to piping/cupcake decorating classes and its was brilliant, I went along on my own and Sarah was so welcoming, the afternoon started with a coffee then we cracked on with learning about buttercream and the correct consistency, followed by how to correctly use a piping bag (something I realise I was doing all wrong lol) after lots of tips and instructions on how to pipe we had plenty of time to practice on some sheets, sarah then explained the different types of colouring to use and we got to decorate 4 cupcakes, all through the class Sarah came around checking our technique and guiding us, I came away really proud of what I had achieved and cant wait to get practicing, I would recommend this class to anyone looking to start with decorating cupcakes, I look forward to joining Sarah on some of the other classes she has planned for the future
