        There was an employee he was so rude he didnt explain to what is the problem so I asked him the manager number you have no idea how rude he was ha gave me the shop number and said this is the manager number call him after few minutes I recognise so our voice got loud the other employee came he solved the problem very professionally ( the first guy wanted to charge me 50 pound the other guy took just 20 pound so definitely the first was playing around
