        Emmy and Isie are a credit to the team , I came in to buy some extensions and they didnt have the right shade match they compared my hair and directed me to hair dye in order to get the result I wanted despite the store shutting soon didnt rush me and ensured I had everything I needed these two girls went above and beyond there job role , thank you very much

        Really bad customer service today, wouldn't exchange an unopened colour without a receipt, I brought 6 colours enabling me to a free 1 litre developer, which they did not have , I think offers should not be on if they cant follow them through or they should give a receipt to get at a later date.
