Lloyds Bank

We have found the staff (Particular a female member around 50 yrs plus ) in this branch rude and extremely un- helpful makes it even difficult to put money in or out . We had always used the Didcot branch before as we did lived closer to that one and the staff there were wonderful helpful and as i have walking difficulties made me feel welcome and always found me a chair to sit on when i went to the bank with my husband. If Lloyds have to loose a branch locally i hope they close this one and dont re-locate the staff to Didcot as we would certainly close our account. We feel that the staff in Abingdon need to realise that the money in our account is ours not theirs.

I have visited this branch twice and been extremely happy with their helpfulness. I am resident in Europe & certain questions Ive had problems sorting have come up recently. The personnel here went way beyond their remit to help me. As Ive been a Lloyds bank account holder for more than 50 years, I can say I chose well

The manger and the staff are Incompetent and rude. Had me drive 45 mins to get here, wait 30 mins only to tell me they couldnt help. No idea about customer service - its about attitude - and theirs is appalling! Guess the branch will close soon - if it detracts from the customer experience and costs money, what value does it add??
