Required plans drawing up for a garage conversion to inc site and block plans. Very difficult to find an architect to complete for me. Richard completed the drawings for me, on time very efficiently. Communicated throughout, very engaging great service. Thanks Richard

Richard managed all stages of our extension from design and planning to tendering for builders and contract management. The whole process was very smooth thanks to Richard's clear communication, attention to detail, and the fact that he matched our project with the right builder for our project. Richard is very easy to get on with and he listened to what we wanted which is very important at design stages when lots of ideas are being discussed. We would definitely recommend him!

I only ever leave reviews when I have been blown away (good or bad), and Monkhouse are an exceptional architectural firm. I have dealt with enough architects and projects to think I know a thing or two about architecture and design, but Richards vision and knowledge is second to none. Richard was efficient, had good communication, dealt with issues effectively and added real value to the project. I will now recommend Monkhouse to anyone undertaking a residential project of any scale.

I'm extremely happy with the service received, Richard has gone above and beyond in terms of service and exceeded our expectations. Richard showed genuine enthusiasm for the job even though we brought him a small project. I would say it's evident that his motivations are drawn from what an extension/building means to the client and not to squeeze money from them. Richard was up front about being incredibly busy at the time (which I see as a good thing), yet remained responsive to any messages we sent him. He set realistic expectations surrounding timescales and met all of the commitments within his control.
