This architecture practice acted as project manager for a major refurbishment of a complex, old, listed house, in a conservation area, c 20 years ago. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work and the approachability of Philip Waddy and his colleagues. Their work greatly eased relationships with the conservation officer, the builders, and sub-contractors. I have gone back to the practice with small queries over the years and always found them very helpful and efficient.
