I found my experience with bluelime to be very professionally executed. They deliver to the timescales set out and provide updates as to where they are with each stage. The architecture drawings they provided on first pass were 99% accurate as to how we envisaged our extensions in our heads but hadn't drawn it out on paper. The attentiveness and attention to detail the architect had in listening to why we wanted something and the context behind I am sure led to this. Within 2 versions we were done and our plans were submitted, and subsequently approved. Thank you for all your help Bluelime

I came across Bluelime by chance last year when on a mission to do an almost full rebuild/extension project with all the bells and whistles. Initially we met in January 2022 and I insisted that I had to have this done during the summer this year. Bluelime have been honest and professional it was almost mission impossible. However, Matt agreed to go ahead with the drawings and planning permissions, and I took the risk of it being approved, while progressing with the selection, internals designs and planning. By April-May all the planning was approved and Bluelime have put forward a few trusted construction companies that might have availability for a last-minute project. Eventually I decided to go ahead with Alan Tutton and this was the best decision I made. Project begun in August and in November we are now moving in. It wasnt cheap, but worth to have a builder/PM you can trust not many left up there! Thanks Bluelime (Matt, Barry, Glynn and Courteney) and Alan!

We are hoping to have a 20 sq metre kitchen extension done at some stage next year. I contacted Bluelime as they sponsor my sons football team! The first stage was a free design consultation where we had someone visit us to advise us what was possible and gave us some ideas that we may not have thought of otherwise. After deciding to proceed we had a site survey done and measurements using 3D laser, which was very efficient. After that we had a visit from Zaheer who is our architect. Zaheer has produced a number of drawings for us and given some really useful insight. Most importantly Ive found Zaheer very responsive and the communication has been good. Our drawings have now been submitted to the council for approval which is where we currently are. But so far, I cant fault the service weve received from Bluelime and Zaheer. A professional outfit, excellent communication and so far a good experience.

We hired Bluelime to undertake the design of our single storey rear extension with a double storey partial wrap around. This was for our existing 3 bed semi. We had a very big ask of our architect, Matt, as we wanted to change the uses of our existing rooms downstairs as well as have an extension big enough to incorporate all the new spaces we require. This on top of ensuring the design would keep the council planners happy and us happy with our tiny budget and big plans. We choose the Gold Plan as we thought that as we are novices to the house renovation game we would need the extra hand holding that this package would provide for us. Bluelime have been very efficient in getting each phase of the design process rolling along smoothly, with good communications, via email and phone, and having a clear pricing structure. Matt had the initial drawings to us by about 3 weeks of our initial design meeting and each design alteration was back with us within 3-4 days. All in all we are happy with the service we have received and look forward to getting permission granted from the council and moving onto the next phase.
