Jo was amazing. Treated my mum with care and compassion while keeping her dignity in tact. Listened to her, answered her questions sensibly, and acknowledged that she was an individual person with individual needs. Understood that she was sceptical about acupuncture at first but was happy when she soon found it to be helpful.

The community acupuncture clinic in the Abingdon Guildhall is a real asset to the town. I have found good results from my treatments. Rob is patient and helpful, and the atmosphere is quiet and calming. Amazingly, it's also an affordable service with a sliding scale of payment. The only shame is it's only available one day of the week. Thank you, Holistic Health team!

I tried acupuncture for the first time when my cycle had stopped for over 6 months and my GP was at a loss. I came across Joe and during our first session he was really confident acupuncture would work for me. Sure enough, less than a week later my cycle came back, amazing but true! I continued to see Joe as the reason I needed to get my cycle back was because my husband and I wanted to have children so the acupuncture focus shifted from resuming cycle to fertility. Less than 3 months later I found out I was pregnant and we are now expecting our first child. I have always heard good things about acupuncture but even I was surprised by these results. I would highly recommend Joe to anyway, particularly to those with cycle/fertility issues. The sessions I had with Joe were fantastic, he's very personable and confident and did so much more for me in a few acupuncture sessions than my GP could over months of unresolved blood tests and ultrasounds.

Joe is a friendly, caring, competent practitioner. I felt looked after from our first meeting. My osteoarthritic hip pain has been reduced to virtually nil in a matter of weeks, which means fewer painkillers. Thanks Joe
